Current advertised care prices include applicable taxes. Your invoices show your agreed price and any included tax; earlier agreements retain their original tax treatment.

What happens when you cancel

Your plan runs until the end of the included month or a later paid month or year. Cancel during the first 30 days to prevent the first care payment. Annual cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund unused months; mandatory rights remain applicable. Hosting, SSL, form delivery, analytics service, maintenance and support then stop. Your website goes offline unless you have moved it to another host. Your domain and existing email provider remain yours.

Taking your website with you

Source handoff is optional. Your agreed one-time purchase price is reduced by the paid setup fee and the stated credit per fully paid, unrefunded month, subject to the minimum handoff fee in your proposal. Credits cannot create a refund or cash balance. Buying the files does not cancel your subscription. Your own business content is yours independently of a source handoff.
