Concepts and business information
Example websites are fictional design demonstrations. Private research concepts are unofficial and are not live websites operated by the depicted business. Do not rely on a concept for current availability, qualifications or offers.
Preview access
Use only a preview you are authorized to access. A private link is intended for its recipient and anyone they authorize to review the proposal. Keep it private. Access may expire or be revoked.
Purchases and revisions
The individual proposal identifies the website version, price, revision scope, delivery details, cancellation terms and the selected hosting or handoff plan. Payment is available only for an enabled proposal. A small revision round is proposed at US$15; trying the built-in design controls is free. The current managed website price includes the first 30 days of hosting and care from purchase. Recurring care starts after that period and renews at the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. Existing agreements retain their stored billing schedule. Annual care is paid upfront; canceling annual renewal does not automatically refund unused months, subject to mandatory rights. After cancellation, hosting, SSL, forms, analytics service and support stop at the end of the included period or paid month or year; the site goes offline unless moved elsewhere. The source handoff is optional. The proposal states its price, credits for paid setup and eligible months, and minimum fee. Credits never create a cash balance or refund. The one-time purchase plan and preview revisions have no recurring charge. Current advertised prices include applicable taxes, which are calculated inside the displayed price rather than added at checkout. Previously agreed prices keep their original tax treatment.
Content and ownership
You retain ownership of your domain and the content you provide. You must have permission to use that content. Shared components, fonts and third-party imagery remain subject to their existing licenses. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying factory platform.
Launch and domain connection
Launch requires final content, quality and applicable legal review. Customer-authorized web DNS changes are limited to the records needed for website hosting. Ownership of a domain stays with the customer. Email-related DNS records are outside this website setup.
Mandatory rights
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. No specific revenue, search ranking or conversion improvement is promised. Contact the operator below for questions about an individual proposal.
